I paid for a diagnostic because my car was overheating and displaying multiple warning lights. I was told my radiator needed to be replaced and was quoted nearly $700. Since I couldn’t afford that repair, I decided to get a second opinion. The second shop thoroughly inspected my vehicle and determined the radiator was not the problem. They diagnosed the actual issue, completed the repair for significantly less, and my car has been running perfectly ever since with no overheating or warning lights. My biggest disappointment was paying for a diagnostic that led to a repair my car didn’t actually need. I left feeling like the inspection wasn’t thorough enough before recommending an expensive repair. I would encourage anyone facing a costly repair to get a second opinion before moving forward.

Not the friendliest crew very rude working. Refused to listen and help .. as soon as you walk in the place you get bad vibes ... wouldnt recommend to anyone .. make things right? You can start by refunding me 1600 dollars.. thats what my camry cost when you guys" fixed my muffler " and ended up costing me car ... then I come in yrs later and y'all are still rude ...lol yeah ill give you a call .. we will see" how you make it right" i know how you do business

Great fast and efficient job on my daughter’s breaks and oil change. Manager / owner was very helpful. They got the car in and serviced on the same day. I would recommend and return to this shop.

Honestly I gave them 3 for getting the job done that was the thank you part of it. Let’s get down to what I will say “YOU HIKED THE PRICE ON CAR PARTS” I did my homework now that I actually have time. You originally wanted to charge me 2100 for my car service but I told you “I didn’t have” and “I have my set amount” you say “you will make me good deal”. Which that was full of it you started off wrong. Already expected it but I played as if it was. I needed Rear Shocks you charge 359.99 for 2 ok I looked up the order part number and every outlet to see could this be fair NOT the most expensive part of rear shocks was 147.99 for 2 and that was the same shop you got my parts from. Interesting let’s continue you have done my lower control arm replaced both for 335.98 well that came to be 309.98 then we have the CV Axle shaft for 198.99 that was 154.99 which not too crazy but let’s be real not ok when you want loyal customer. I’m happy I declined your service on breaks because yeah we know how this was going to turn out. I ending with paying 1,698.99. I did decline the brakes and alignment. I do see you wanted to charge me 398.98 for fronts and 398.98 for rear brakes that’s not inclu

Went to have my car examined. The white mechanic came and said there was an issue with my transmission and that I should get a transmission flush. I thought that was weird considering I never had any transmission issues. I never got the transmission flush because I knew that wasn’t the problem. AutoZone had already run a diagnostic test. I waited a month and went back and was told that I needed something other than the transmission and it was going to cost over $2,000. Hmmm, It turned out that I never needed a transmission flush. So they lied. Long story short, I went to another mechanic and had the job done for less than $2,000 that Meineke was charging. Recommendation: Always seek a second opinion when dealing with them because they lie and overcharge you if they think you're going to pay Side note: They’ll mess up your car so you’ll come back. The first time my steering wheel was squeaky whenever I turned. The second time my brakes was grinding. Both issues resolved themselves but be very careful with dealing with them.
